Your mind cannot think as clearly and positively without oxygenation and stress-relief. Your life effects all of it, and all it effects your life.

With BEYOND FIT  you will be guided through the body and mind fitness connection. Beginning with a complimentary assessment, consultation, and sample workout, your program will be custom designed to fit your goals -- safe, progressive, and clearly defined.

Training begins by stabilizing joints, balancing muscles, and developing core strength. Your fitness program progresses to build strong, lean muscles and improved posture. Progression like this ensures a safe and enjoyable journey into going BEYOND FIT.

Everyone likes to be heard. At BEYOND FIT you are encouraged to speak what's on your mind.

Speaking out loud helps to release  frustrations and stress from your mind and body. It also helps me to understand where you are coming from and how I can help.

Without getting in the way of the workouts, a two-way dialog will help you feel cleansed, refreshed, and hopefully walking away with a few new ideas of how to get BEYOND FIT.
