Pilates in the Park is a one hour OUTDOOR session that concentrates on core strength, joint
stabilization, and all over muscle lengthening, strengthening, and
balance.
We begin with the most essential of pilates exercises to learn effective stabilizations, develop core strength, and gain a strong mind/body connection. We progress to exercises that include more endurance, choreography, balance, and pace.
STOTT PILATES is the style being taught. STOTT is particularly good for promoting the development of the spine's natural curves as well as providing modifications for a host of structural issues and injuries.
